TMP was established in Norway in Y2002 and since then the company is focused on provision of support and transfer of know-how to Regulators and Telecom Operators in various African countries. The managing board of TMP has accumulated substantial background and years of experience from the main Norwegian Telecom Operator who is one of the leading telecom operators in the world. TMP today is concentrating mainly on consultancy management provided to regulators, government entities, and, struggled telecom operations in Europe and MEA region as well as renewable energy projects in Africa.

Nambia

The start-up and management of the second GSM license in Namibia. TMP acquired the mobile license in Namibia and formed PowerCom (Pty) Ltd.  The company was financed with the help of Norwegian fund and Finn fund, the Norwegian’s and Finland’s   state-owned funds for developing countries.  Together with local partners and developed this company as the second GSM player in the Namibian market.  The company was successfully sold.
